Many common herbs that can be used for cooking, we are known for their healing properties. With them in the kitchen is a good way to integrate the healing properties of natural herbs with your meals. Chances are you probably already can taste some herbs in your cooking like basil and thyme but experimenting with even more herbs to add to your food, while improving health.
Cooking with fresh herbs is as easy as with the dry> Herbs. Only a small hack of the grass and season to taste. You have to use about double compared to the dry grass.
